Request

1. From January 1^st 2021 until the present (April 3^rd, 2024), how many planning applications for housing has the council’s planning department refused? 
2. For each refused application please tell me the planning reference in the council’s planning portal, and when it was refused (the date of decision or decision notice). 
3. For each refused application please tell me whether or not the applicant took the council’s decision to an appeal at the Planning Inspectorate, and whether or not the council’s refusal was upheld or overturned by the Planning Inspectorate.
