Freedom of Information Disclosure Log

The Council's Disclosure Log is a record of completed requests for information that we have received and dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004. The log covers the period from 1 January 2024 onwards.

A completed request will be either:

• A request where all information requested has been provided;
• A request where some information of the information requested has been provided but not all due to some being considered exempt; or
• A request where the information is not held by the Council (for example it relates to another local authority)

The Disclosure Log will not include requests that have been refused and requests that have received by the Council but have not yet been completed. 

Please note, the information in the Disclosure Log has been edited to remove private information and personal details, including the name of the person who has made the request. Where possible, supporting documents/attachments have been included. 

A limited search of the information contained within the Disclosure Log can be undertaken through the search box at the top of this page. The Council will be exploring ways of improving this in the future.
