This request relates specifically to spending on local government conferences attended by council officers, elected members, or representatives during the years 2023 and 2024.

Request

Please provide the following information for all local government conferences attended in 2023 and 2024:

1. List of conferences attended, including:

Name of the conference

Dates and location

Names or job titles of attendees

Purpose or description of the conference

2. Associated expenditure, including:

Hotel/accommodation costs (per person, per night if possible)

Food and catering costs for each attendee and if paid for by procurement card, then receipts to be provided.

Travel costs for each person who attended, including type (e.g. rail, mileage, taxi, air) and cost per journey

Delegate or registration fees

3. Procurement card (P-card) transactions used to pay for any of the above, including:

Date of transaction

Supplier name

Amount spent

Description or purpose of the expenditure

4. Receipts or invoices for all the above transactions, where held.
