I respectfully request the minutes or comments made at the chairman’s briefing prior to the planning committee of 17th July 2025. This information is required to form a formal complaint and possible legal judicial review.

Response

The Chairman’s briefing is an informal briefing for the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and opposition spokesman of the Planning Committee.   No minutes or notes are taken at the meeting and therefore the Council does not hold the information you have requested.
