The information in respect of 2021/22 is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act as the Council consider the information to be personal data as it only relates to one person and it is possible to identify a particular payment made under the terms of a Settlement Agreement. Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.
