In the Planning Statement submitted by the applicants, they refer to two pre-application meetings held between them and the Council, (see paragraphs 3.2.2 and 3.2.5 of their Planning Statement).
In order for full transparency of the process, and to help us understand how the appliances have arrived at the current scheme, can you please send me copies of the advice given by the Council at those meetings.

The Council has sought the views of the person making the pre-application advice and we have now published this information on the Council’s website. This is available on the planning portal as part of the planning application documents for this site.
