- Original principal, settlement date, maturity date, interest rate, and purpose (if recorded).
- Annual breakdown of repayments (principal vs interest) and outstanding balances.
- Details of any early repayments or refinancing, including premiums or discounts paid.
If you believe part of this information is published in Statements of Accounts, please note that these do not contain loan-by-loan detail. I therefore request disclosure from the Council’s loan registers.
