Please could you provide a list of all planning applications or reference numbers that are associated with Section 106 agreements entered into in the year 2015, where all or part of the financial contributions remain unspent as of today’s date.

For each planning reference, I would be grateful if you could include (where available):

• The planning application reference number
• The date the Section 106 agreement was entered into
• The type or purpose of the contribution (e.g. education, highways, open space)
• The amount secured
• The amount received by the council
• The amount unspent to date
• Any expiry or repayment date specified in the agreement (if applicable)

Chapter 1 sets out all the information on the agreement, date signed and the contributions secured for each S106, they can use the planning application filter to find each agreement; Chapter 2 sets out all the income received; Chapter 3 sets out all the spend and Chapter 4 sets out our balance, and the S106 transaction spreadsheet on this page shows what is left unspent. 

The Section 106 Agreements signed in 2015 are for the following applications:

The Council does not record the time limit/expiry, but this information can be found in the Section 106 agreement itself. The agreements can be found by either searching on our online planning portal and entering in the planning application ref, or by visiting out S106 Planning Map.
