Please provide annual aggregated cost figures for each calendar year from 1 January 2019 to the present relating to migrant arrivals, small boat landings, or Border Force transfers handled at the Port of Dover. The total additional expenditure incurred by Dover Port Health Authority as a result of responding to or managing:

a) small boat arrivals,

b) migrant landings,

c) Border Force handovers at the Port of Dover,

d) any associated public health incidents or assessments arising from these arrivals.

A breakdown of expenditure by category, including (where recorded):

a) staffing and overtime,

b) public health equipment and supplies,

c) emergency callouts or site attendances,

d) transport or logistics,

e) environmental health or sanitation measures.

Any amounts invoiced to, or reimbursed by, the Home Office or Border Force relating to these activities.

Response

The Council has no involvement in migrant arrivals/small boat landings as this is dealt with solely by Border Force.  The Council has therefore incurred no cost for any of the matters raised in your request.
