New website launch

We are redesigning the dover.gov.uk website to make it easier for you to use our online services and find the information you need.

This is being done in a phased way over the next year which means you may notice certain areas of the Dover District Council website looking different.

We are working on our most visited webpages first but eventually the whole website will move over to the new look.

The redesigned website will include:

• a simple, clear and user-friendly design
• improved user journeys, so finding the information you need will be easier
• enhanced accessibility, to ensure everyone can use it without difficulty
• a mobile-friendly design, so it works just as well on phones and tablets
• content which is up to date and accurate.

This project is an important step in making our online services easier for everyone in the Dover district to use and we value your input.

Once we've gone live, you'll be able to have your say by completing the 'How can we improve this page?' section of our new website. You'll be able to find it by scrolling to the bottom of the webpage you're on.

Your input will feed into the redesign project to help us shape our online services and continue to improve them into the future.
