Local community groups looking for funding are being invited to apply to the latest round of Dover District Council’s Community Grants Scheme – which is now open.
The popular grants scheme is set to provide £50,000 in a winter round of funding to help local community groups deliver vital projects for the area.
This follows the successful summer round of funding, when £50k was awarded to support 48 different groups for the district.
Community groups that benefit the local area can apply for grants of between £100-£2,500 in this latest round of funding. The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Monday 26 October 2026.
The scheme encourages and supports community-led activities that result in a direct community benefit for Dover District residents. Terms and conditions can be found on the DDC website.
