Penalty Notices

• Fixed Penalty Notice 

  Note: Select 'FPN Payment Details Form' from the drop down box and input the 5 digit FPN reference number.

  

• Civil Penalty Notice 

  Penalty Notice should start OV followed by 8 digits e.g. OV00000298.

  

If you have attempted to make payment on the day the penalty notice has been issued but have experienced difficulties with your payment being accepted please wait 24 hours before trying again.  If you still have problems after 24 hours please call us on 01304 872289, Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
