We can produce a 'certified copy' within 10 working days and there is no charge if you provide us with the Building Control application reference number. Please email building.control@dover.gov.uk.
Copies of Planning Documents
Viewing submitted plans and documents
Unlike planning applications there is no general public right to inspect plans deposited under the building regulations. However, as the owner of a property we do allow you (or your agent) to examine previously submitted plans where, for example, you are doing so in order to help prepare an application under the building regulations. Please make requests at least 72 hours in advance.
- Plans and documents are protected under Copyright and therefore copies cannot be provided without the express permission of the Architect / Author.
Fees for other submitted documents
Authorised copies of plans and / or documents:
- A4 Copy: £0.10 each (includes VAT)
- A3 Copy: £0.20 each (includes VAT)
- Above A3: £5 each (includes VAT)
