HM Land Registry changes
Dover District Council’s Local Land Charges Team are currently working with HM Land Registry to transfer our Local Land Charges Register.
Responsibility for the Local Land Charges Registers in England and Wales was transferred to HM Land Registry under the Infrastructure Act 2015 and Local Authorities have been gradually migrating across using a phased approach since the summer of 2018. Dover are expected to go live with HM Land Registry end of 2024/early 2025.
