Current Tender opportunities with the Council are advertised on the Kent Business Portal.
From the 1 October 2025 Dover District Council migrated from our old e-tendering platform (Proactis) to a new e-tendering platform (Delta). If you havent already registered on the Kent Business Portal you can register here Kent Business Portal – Procurement Portal
From here suppliers can view the Councils Contract Register for contracts already in place, view any opportunities that are available and access the User Guides and the Delta Helpdesk for assistance.
