Annual fees

Premises Licences or Club Premises Certificates will be suspended if the Annual Fee is not paid when it is due. The Annual fee is due on the anniversary of the original grant of the licence and is usually shown on your premises licence or Club Premises Certificate as the “Annual fee due by” date. It is also shown on your Invoice.

If the licence is suspended then no licensable activities may lawfully be carried out until payment is received.

If you carry out unlicensed activities you may be liable, upon conviction, to a fine and/or a period of imprisonment. In the event of what is described in the legislation as “an administrative error” or if there is a dispute about the liability to pay the fee, there is a 21 day period of “grace” during which the dispute or error can be rectified. If you feel there is an error or dispute which you need to resolve please contact us as a matter of urgency. Please do not ignore it.

Additional Fees for Large Scale Events

Additional fees are required for large scale events.  These fees are based on the number of persons estimated to be attending the event.  As premises licence must be in force a fee will be required for the premises licence in addition to the fees outlined below:
