Gambling Policy
Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 required the Licensing Authority publish a Statement of Policy and Principals as to how it will exercise its functions under the Act.
On 16 October 2023 at the meeting of full Council, the revised Statement of Policy and Principles issued under the Gambling Act 2005 was determined to be adopted. In accordance with legislation, the authority must now publish the revised Statement of Policy and Principles for a period of 4 weeks prior to adoption.
