Report a Taxi Driver
You can report the conduct of a driver either to us or directly to the taxi firm that the driver drives for.
Where the incident is of a criminal nature we will not begin any investigation until the police tell us that they have finished their enquiries.
Where the matter may be taken before court or committee, a written statement may be taken in order to comply with the rules of evidence.
If the incident is of a serious nature or public safety is a concern the driver may have their licence revoked immediately - however this has to be balanced against whether such action is necessary in order to comply with the provisions of the Human Rights Act 1998.
