  1. MHR ITrent for Payroll and HR services. The contract for this software was procured by Thanet District Council as part of previous shared service.  Dover District Council does not hold details of the contract and you will need to contact Thanet District Council for this information.  Information on how to do this can be found on their website at https://www.thanet.gov.uk/info-pages/freedom-of-information-request/.  TechnologyOne - Software as a Service (SaaS) OneCouncil Finance Software for our finance solution.  The contract expiry date is 31 March 2026, and the annual value is £92.5k.
