I would like a list of all the over the counter properties for Tunbridge Wells County [you later clarified that Tunbridge Wells County be substituted for Dover]. "just in case you dont understand what i am referring to, i am referring to all the properties that did not sell or get bidded on at tax lean sales that youve conducted and that remain on its own separate list.".

I am able to advise that we are not aware of any tax lean sales undertaken by Dover District Council, nor the existence of any separate list that would have properties listed on them as a result of not selling or being bid on at such sales, therefore I must conclude that the information you are seeking is not held by the Council.
