  • The total of PCNs issued at the Strand, Deal during the recent works by Virgin Media/O2. Where the parking bays have been partly suspended. 
  • And the total issued during the same calendar period in the years 2023 and 2022 when normal restrictions applied.

Response

  • The parking bays were suspended between 14-18 November 2024 and the number of PCN’s issued during that time was four.
  • During the same timeframe in 2022, three PCNs were issued and one PCN issued in 2023.
