I would like to ask how many traffic-related (both parking and moving traffic) Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) have been overturned/refunded by your body each year for the last five. For 2024, I would appreciate data to the end of the year, as this is being sent on December 30.  

If this information is not available for moving traffic offences for the last five years, please provide the numbers for as long as the data is available.

The Council does not enforce moving traffic offences.  The number of penalty charge notices cancelled is as follows: 

The Council does not keep a record of refunded PCNs as there is no way to record this data on our software system.
