Request

I am submitting a Freedom of Information request for the following property: Green Garage, 7 Station Road, Walmer, CT14 7QR

The purpose of the request is to obtain any documentation, including correspondence and records relating to the decommissioning of the underground fuel tanks at the aforementioned address.

It is not necessary to include any personal information and these can be redacted from the disclosure.

Response

The Council does not hold the information you have requested.  Our Environmental Protection Team have advised that information may be held by the Petroleum Officer at Kent County Council.  I would suggest that you make a Freedom of Information request to Kent County Council who can be contacted at freedomofinformation@kent.gov.uk.
