All information on 57 New Street, Sandwich CT13 9BD, also known as The Limes.

Clarification: The information I am interested in is threefold: (1) email correspondence about the property; (2) reports commissioned and published about the property and (3) minutes of meetings where the property has been discussed. 

In terms of timescale, I can reduce this to between September 2016 and December 2024 if this is helpful? Also, I could break down the FOI request into two or three individual requests covering 2-4 years each, whichever you think is easier to fulfil.

The Council holds a Listed Building Consent application under reference number 23/00176.  The majority of the information held by the Council is available on the Planning Portal which can be found on the Council’s website at https://publicaccess.dover.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=Application.  The other information held by the Council is attached.  Please note that all personal data has been redacted from these documents under Regulation 13(1) of the EIR.  Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles.  

The Council also holds records of a service request made to the Environmental Protection Team and this information is also attached.  For the reasons stated above, all personal data has been redacted from these documents. 

In respect of any minutes of meetings where the property has been discussed, these would be available, if any exist, on the Council’s website using the search facility at https://moderngov.dover.gov.uk/iedocsearch.aspx?adv=1&fc=1&SS=Text%20to%20search%20for

The rest of the information held by the Council is held on the planning enforcement file and is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 12(5)(b) of the Environmental Information Regulations.
