1. As of April 14 2025, how much unspent money from Community Infrastructure Levies and Section 106 payments does the council have?

Please provide the different amount of funds both separately

2. Additionally, if any of this funding is earmarked for future / ongoing projects set to be spent in the next year, please specify:

A. The project in question,

B. Estimated date of spend,

C. The amount of funding to be spent,

D. How much of said money derives from each of S106 and CIL (separately)

Response

The Council reports on this data from 1 April to 31 March and does not report on the data for any other time periods.  The data for 2024/25 has yet to be put together and therefore the Council does not yet hold the collated information for that period.  As the Infrastructure Funding Statement for 2024/25 will be produced in the next few months and will be published by December and available on the Council’s website your request is being refused under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act as the information is intended for future publication.  Previous statements can be found online at https://www.dover.gov.uk/Planning/Planning-Policy/Infrastructure-Delivery-and-S106-Obligations/Home.aspx.  The Council does not have a Community Infrastructure Levy.
