Request

We have been informed there is a HMO located 5a Westcourt Lane, Shepherdswell.  Are you able to direct me as to how I can complete a FOI request (if possible) regarding any complaints about the property and what they consist of.

Response

The Council has no formal complaint about 5A Westcourt Lane, Shepherdswell.  However, a telephone call was made to the Private Sector Housing Team raising some noise related issues but this is being dealt with as a service request, not a formal complaint.  The service request has also been passed to the Community Safety Team who have an open case (not a formal complaint) and are liasing with the owners and operators of the property.
