  • Please can you let me know how many members of the housing Operations team including income and tenancy sustainment have resigned since July 2024. 
  • Can you also tell me how many of these resignations were submitted citing the working environment as a contributor to their departure. 
  • Can you let me know how many grievances have been submitted against senior management within the Housing team since Jan 2025. 
  • Can you let me know what the staff sickness records were for financial year 2024 – 2025  within the teams and the reasons / causes for their sickness.

  • For the period from 1 July 2024 to 3 June 2025, there have been seven resignations.
  • There were three resignations as the reason as cultural fit.
  • Zero.
  • There was a total of 302 days lost to absence in the Housing Operations Team in 2024/25, for the following reasons:
    • Asthma, bronchitis, respiratory
    • Back pain, sprain, strain, musculo-sketal, fractures
    • Covid-19
    • Ear, nose & throat, dental
    • Eye, ophthalmic
    • Migraine, neurological
    • Minor ailments (cough, cold, flu, etc)
    • Stomach, bowel, gastric, intestinal
    • Stress, depression, anxiety, psychological
