Please advise if Dover District Council own viability expert provided their own report on Betteshanger County Park (please provide copy if yes)
Please advise how many Planning Conditions were required, and how many requests Dover District Council has received to change/remove said conditions?
Please advise what variations have been changed since granting planning permission, and has any been affected by viability?
