1. The Council has no responsibility for dealing with illegal migrants, adult asylum seekers or unaccompanied minor asylum seekers or people granted asylum. The Council has provided services under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme and the Afghan Citizens' Resettlement Scheme as follows:
