Request

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information regarding all vehicles currently licensed as Hackney Carriage (HC) and Private Hire Vehicles (PHV) under the authority of Dover District Council.
I would like to request the following information for each licensed vehicle:

• Licence number (PHV or HC), along with its expiry date
• Vehicle make and model
• Vehicle colour
• Date of first registration with the DVLA
• Date of the next MOT

The information you have sought is attached to this email.  MOTs are required every six months for vehicle over three years old, if the ‘next MOT due’ cell is blank a new MOT will be required on the expiry date.
