Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following data regarding delayed housing developments in Britain:
Please provide a list of housing developments in the area covered by Dover District Council that have experienced delays in completion during the period 1 January 2020 to 31st July 2025.
For each delayed development, please provide the following:
- Name and/or address/location of the development
- Planning application reference number
- Originally expected completion date
- Actual or most recent known completion date (if completed or ongoing)
- Status (e.g. not started, in progress, paused, abandoned, completed late)
- Any available reason(s) recorded for the delay
