3. In 2024, how many concerns over child abuse / neglect (separate cases) were reported to Dover District Council?

4. For 2024, please provide a breakdown of who reported the concerns over child abuse/ neglect to Dover District Council (eg school, police, a parent etc)

Of ALL the cases of child abuse / neglect reported to Dover District Council between 23rd and 30th JANUARY 2024 (inclusive) ONLY, in how many of these cases did the assigned social worker recommend that the child(ren) in question be removed (or remain separated) from ONE parent ONLY (and remain living with the OTHER parent) at the start of a section 47 investigation?

Of ALL the cases of child abuse / neglect reported to Dover District Council between 23rd and 30th JANUARY 2024 (inclusive) ONLY, in how many of these cases did the assigned social worker recommend that the child(ren) in question be removed (or remain separated) from ONE parent ONLY (and remain living with the OTHER parent) after the section 47 investigation had been completed?

11. Of ALL the cases reported to Dover District Council of child abuse / neglect between 23rd and 30th JANUARY 2024 (inclusive) ONLY, how many cases subsequently went to the Family Court?

Of ALL the cases of child abuse / neglect that were reported to Dover District Council between 23rd and 30th JANUARY 2024 (inclusive) ONLY AND that subsequently went to the Family Court, in how many of these cases were the central allegations of child abuse / neglect against the accused parent (as accused in the report to Dover District Council) found to be false by the court?
