Request

Please provide a copy of the authority’s documented Service Plan(s) setting out your plans for service delivery, addressing the financial year 2025-26, for the services listed below:

- environmental health,

- private sector housing standards regulation,

- licensing,

- anti-social behaviour,

- community safety,

- environmental crime,

- emergency planning,

- and (where the Council is responsible for delivering this service) trading standards.

It is recognised that this may involve several documents relating to different service areas in whatever way they might be termed and grouped together in your local authority.

If there is more than one documented plan, serving different purposes and audiences, please provide the service plan which most fully details the operational plan for what will be delivered and when during 2025-26.

Where a service plan is not yet finalised, but has been documented in draft, please provide the most recent complete draft.

In the event that there is no documented service plan specifically addressing the financial year 2025-26, but one exists for the previous period, please provide a copy of that. If no documented service plan exists covering any of the past three financial years, please simply confirm that when responding.

It is envisaged that each service plan will commonly be contained in one or several existing documents and will be straightforward to provide. This request only seeks existing documented information, and it is requested in electronic form (eg. Word, PDF).
