The total number of residential properties registered under Dover District Council which have been removed from the long-term rental market due to conversion to short-term or holiday lets for the following financial years, if recorded:

1. April 2020 – March 2021

2. April 2021 – March 2022

3. April 2022 – March 2023

4. April 2023 – March 2024

5. April 2024 – March 2025 

Response

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act, we have established that this information is not held. This is because Dover District Council does not keep a register of short-term lets.
