  1. The Council considers that it provides an acceptable and representative standard of waste collection and street cleansing activity, and within the limitations faced by the authority.
  2. Litter should be picked daily above the high-tide line on amenity beaches between Good Friday to 30th September.
  3. Dedicated litter picker on the amenity beaches.
  4. Between Good Friday and 30th September each year.
  5. No, however specific instances can be addressed if correctly reported.
