1. A copy of the assessment carried out by Parking Services under the CDM regulations with regard to the safety of users of the disabled parking spaces at Dover Discovery Centre whilst the construction works were taking place. 
2. The total number of penalty notices issued for this carpark, by month for the last 3 years.

Response

1. Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act, we have established that this information is not held. This is because the disabled bays purposely did not form part of the site set up and were left clear for disabled parking, therefore no Risk Assessment was required.
