1. Yes.

2. Fixed Penalty Notice issued under section 80 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA 1990)for littering offences contrary to section 87 of the same act are currently set at £100 payable within 14 days within the Dover District. The amount is reduced to £75 if paid within 10 days. Penalty Notices issued under Littering From vehicle Outside London (Keepers: Civil Penalties) Regulations 2018 (LFVOLR 2018) are currently set at £75 but double to £150 if not paid within 28 days.
