  1. Please could you list the surplus cash ( profit ) after all costs DDC made in the last three full financial years? 
  2. Why do Council feel its necessary to review prices in an upwards direction so frequently?

  2. This year, the Council have undertaken a Parking Strategy, which employed consultants to review charges, against a number of factors, which has suggested the proposed approach.
