In terms Council Tax/National Non-Domestic Rates information, this is a property tax, and we cannot identify a former property from a plot of land. If you are able to provide the former address or addresses of the properties, we could provide the Council Tax Band providing we still hold a record of it. Additionally, if you know the exact address the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) may also be able to help with former banding records. The VOA add and remove properties from the Valuation list and Band the properties held on the list. In respect of empty property records, again this would require an exact address, but I should advise that the Council does not provide empty property records because the information relates to a person's residency status, so falls under personal data.
