  2. Regarding the above planning application, please send me details of the public consultation. Which villages and roads, and interested representatives were directly consulted? 
  3. Did the consultation fully meet with the Gunnings Principles?

Response

  1. Dover District Council.
  2. Site notices were placed at/around the site and application was advertised in the paper – which fulfils our statutory consultation process.
  3. The consultation was carried out in accordance with our statutory requirements as set out in the Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
