5.  This data is not able to extracted from the system to be able to identify but we can confirm that since 2022, every licensed HMO has been inspected at least annually.

6. There have been no prosecutions but we are unable unable extract data to differentiate where notices have been issued to HMO’s.

7. There were two investigations in 2024. A new software system was implemented that year and any earlier data is no longer held.
