The internal correspondence and site visit notes held by the Council are attached. Please note that all personal data has been redacted from the attached documents as this is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 13(1) of the Environmental Information Regulations. The Council considers the names and contact details of individuals to be personal data. Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of GDPR and also Section 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the release of this data would contravene the data protection principles. Information in respect of a different planning application has also been redacted as it is not relevant to your request.
