Request
I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, an Excel spreadsheet containing details of all contracts due to expire within the next 12 months. Specifically, I would like the spreadsheet to include the following information for each contract:
- Contract reference number
- Contract name
- Start date
- End date
- Any extensions granted
- Contract value
- Winning bidder
- List of all other bidders who participated in the original tender process

The information you have sought is exempt from disclosure under both Section 21 and Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act as it is already publicly accessible and/or intended for future publication.
The will be available on our Contract Register on the Kent Business Portal – Procurement Portal by going to 'Contract Register' and under 'Organisations' selecting Dover District Council, where you can then download to CSV and sort by end date so you can review any due to end within 2026. You will then need to filter by 'Contract Reference' and eliminate any that start with a PS and DC as these are just purchase orders over £5k that we publish in line with the Local Government Transparency Code. The Register is currently only displaying contracts over £25k and is in the process of being updated.
