  1. Why has the Union Jack flag on Dover Town Hall been changed to a smaller flag? 
  2. Why is the flag not being flown properly at full mast? 
  3. How often is the flag checked to ensure it is properly flown?

Response

  1. The smaller flag has been installed over the winter due to the winds damaging the larger flags.
  2. There was an issue with the mechanism that was keeping the flag at full mast which has now been resolved.
  3. This is checked weekly.
