1. Having seen zero clear up of the hazardous materials liquids and loose detritus from public land at and within and outside the beach plots at Deal seafronts and foreshore when will these plots be managed and brought to an acceptable and appropriate condition
2. Why do you allow the storage of unused equipment old leaking machinery and equipment no long in use?
3. Why do you permit loose detritus and rusting scrap oil containers etc to remain on and outside the plots?
4. What progress is currently being made with plots in?
5. Why are we not seeing any tangible change to the conditions of the plots at Deal and Kingsdown?

- The Council is actively managing all of its boat plots sites. As these are 'active' plots this work will always be ongoing.
- The Council does not. Communications (written and in person) with occupiers to remove such items is ongoing.

- It is unclear what is information is being requested. As stated in response to other questions in this response, the Council communicates with occupiers on an ongoing basis.

- A new boat plot policy is being drafted and will be considered at a future meeting of the Cabinet. Appropriate levels of communication and inspection are in place.
