3. Our littering Fixed Penalty Notice is set at £100 reduced to £75 if paid within 10 days and our Fly tipping Fixed Penalty Notice is set at £1,000 reduced to £500 if paid within 10 days.

5. Two PSPOs have been implemented in the last five years. The current PSPO can be viewed on the following weblink: Public-Spaces-Protection-Order-Dover-District-Council-2025.pdf. These have introduced measures to deal with the following behaviours:
- Failure to remove dog faces forthwith
- Failure to place a dog on the lead when directed to do so by an authorised officer of the council
- Being in charge of a dog off the lead in a designated dogs on lead area
- Being in charge of a dog in a designated dog exclusion area
- Street drinking
- Unauthorised camping
