Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide details of any records held by your authority between 1st January 2020 and 31 December 2025 (past 5 years) relating to dog food product recalls, withdrawals, or safety incidents. 

This includes (where held): 

-Total number of complaints received each year -Whether an inspection or sampling activity was undertaken -Whether correspondence with the FSA was undertaken -Any enforcement or advisory actions taken 

For each dog food product incident recorded by your authority during this period, please provide the following information where available. 

Per product incident: 

-The year the incident occurred

-The name of the manufacturer

-The brand name of the product

-The product name

-How the incident was classified by your authority (e.g. recall, withdrawal, advisory, investigation) -The hazard identified (for example, but not limited to: Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter, E. coli, or other bacteria; detection of foreign objects; nutritional deficiencies or imbalances; presence of undeclared allergens; and packaging issues.

-The action taken by your authority (e.g. complaint logged, inspection conducted, enforcement action)
