Please can I have an update of meetings and minutes of meetings between any person on the council with any representative of the owners of the regent cinema please.
Also any details of meetings and minutes of council staff that did not involve the owners that pertain to the regent cinema please.
Response
Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act, we have established that this information is not held. This is because Dover District Council has had no other meetings with the representatives/owners since the previous meeting and we hold no notes of any internal meetings.
