Response
- The Council does not hold this information. The Building Control function was being undertaken by a private sector Building Control body known as a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA), licenced by the government to undertake this function. Recently the RBCA ended its involvement with this site/builder, and the Building Control function was transferred to Dover DC Building Control. We are currently engaging with the developer to formally take this site through to completion. Our negotiations are ongoing and a plan for future inspection and compliance requirements is being developed with the contractor.
