  1. Will the boat plot licence holders be prosecuted by allowing their licence rules be ignored? 
  2. Will plot holders be given a deadline to bring the plots into good order in line with the licence rules? 
  3. Will plot holders be reported to environmental crime for the storing of hazardous materials and liquids within the plots? 
  4. Will scrap left within the plots and outside the plots be removed and when?

 

Response

  1. Persistent non-compliance with the terms of the licence agreement will result in licence termination.
  2. A short time period will be given to bring plots into good order. Licences will not be renewed if there is non-compliance.
  3. Items will be dealt with in accordance with the terms of the licence.
  4. Plot holders have been asked to remove such items. This is an ongoing process.
